Some of these things being a broken tv, broken bathroom door, a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guests, smelly room, overall not very clean, and were only given two towels for four people. When we asked the front desk for two more towels, we were told that they were low on laundry and that we would have to share. The shower was also cold and would not get warm. "
