"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new.

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"

Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. The room was very confortable, bed included with a large elegant bathroom with two sinks and both shower and a nice bathtube where you could relax when you missed the

Local dining options were fantastic. I was able to book a masseuse to come in after skiing which was also arranged by the staff. Beds were also very comfortable.
We will not hesitate to visit again. "

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."
