"When we arrived the clerk told me we didn’t have a reservation so I gave her my maiden name which my Hotels.com account is in…. She looked at me and shook her head… so as I’m panicking and trying to get my confirmation she informs me that it is in my maiden name… I had my 8 lb Chihuahua and she informed me that she cannot bark.. just thought she was rude and not friendly at all. The young man at the desk this morning was very charming"

"Nice hotel to see Galveston. We stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. $1 trolley 1 block down takes you everywhere. Didnt wake in time for breakfast so cant reply on that. "

"Great spot for the piece. Right across from the beach. That also means some of the metal appliances have some rust due to the salt. Staff was nice. Bed was comfy, AC works and there is the boardwalk just a 15 minute walk away. "

"Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in one of your presidential 2 room villas. The only thing I would recommend is that you keep a broom and dustpan in them for guests to use to sweep up the kitchen and dining areas."

"We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, especially for the price—it was super affordable. Breakfast was included, which is a nice perk, though my husband and I never woke up early enough to catch it (I believe it ended at 9 AM). The location was perfect—right across from Galveston Boulevard, so we just had to cross the street to get to the beach. Everything was really close by, which made our stay very convenient. The hotel has a pool that’s open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which is a nice touch. I also appreciated that housekeeping came by daily to tidy up and bring fresh towels. We only had one minor issue with the room key, but it was actually my fault. I had left it in a locker all day, and since it’s magnetic, that probably caused the problem. The front desk staff were helpful and not rude at all—they fixed it right away. No hidden fees, and the A/C worked great throughout our stay. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again!"
