Lyndene Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had a very good welcome and the rooms were a very good size. Beds are very comfy. They staff was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The food we ate there was very nice. The location is not far from the shops and the tower. Would recommend it, plus I would go back there. "
"Our 2nd visit to the Viking. Love the location, with our sea view room perfect. The food was excellent and the staff were so so nice.
Great cabaret on Saturday night.
One downside (?) (in our modern age) was the lack of plug sockets or USB ports in the rooms for charging phones etc."
"Check in was easy and quick it was on a self check in on a screen, but instantly the staff asked if I needed help at both check in and check out... I didn't but was nice to know they were there to help
Breakfast option was superb, nice coffee, lots of options, hot breakfast was excellent quality and size.. breakfast staff were really nice and interacted with us and others, which was nice
Rooms reall clean, lots of historic touches around the hotel, good selection on tea and coffee tray and shower had good quality shower gel/shampoo
All staff really polite, helpful and friendly throughout our stay"
"Staff were brilliant, very professional, polite and helpful all staff had a smile and would always acknowledge you. All needs catered for. We had one issue but was rectified straight away. We will defiantly be coming back."
"WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. We particularly liked the high standards "
"Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. We were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect."
"Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i was relying on that money. Booking through booking. Com wasn't the problem but i never saw anything when booking regarding car parking charges or damage charges. "
"The hotel was very grand. Nice and comfortable furniture. Having to pay for a meal in the evening was a bit expensive and the same menu each night. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and evening meal were very nice and weren't too filling which is good."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, really friendly helpful staff, the hotel was lovely and clean ,beds comfortable, loved looking at the rides going past our bedroom window, loved the stay and would definitely book again ."
"We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good experience "
"Just back from 3 day stay and will definitely be back. Lovely hotel. Great size room and very comfortable and clean.Very friendly staff. And minutes away from the front. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. "
"We had booked an overnight stay, and on arrival, we decided to stay 2. Kevin moved rooms around to accommodate us, including moving our bags and upgrading our room. The breakfast was good. We will go back. "

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Offered local knowledge of the area and made us feel at ease with the parking and our dogs staying over.
Restaurant also very nice. Great views of the football pitch and even Blackpool tower just above the stadium. Breakfast came highly recommended and didnt disappoint. Great location for a dog friendly stay with a park nearby that includes a secure section to allow the dogs off lead for 10 minutes.
Housekeeping also did a fantastic job. Place was spotless and smelt lovely too. We were also able to arrange a timeframe for Housekeeping to arrive to ensure we were out with the dogs when they arrived. "
"Room 206 has the most comfortable four poster bed, i slept like a log every night. We usually just stay Room only, but occasionally we chose breakfast and dinner and neither options disappointed. There was entertainment each night. I have to give a big shout out to both Martin and Nathan who have always tried to get me a second floor room with a Seaview. 1,because I have walking difficulties and if the lift wasn't working for any reason then i could just about manage to get to my room, and 2, i suffer from depression and anxiety and being able to watch the sea calms me down. That being said, people will complain about the small things sometimes and i say to them that the staff do their best, always read the reviews on hotels and if you expect luxury then book the boulevard or similar hotel. And before you have a go at me about the president hotel, let me say that everyone is entitled to their own views and half the time problems are of the guests own makings. The hotel is truly pet friendly, allowing your pets everywhere with you, they even have a separate dining area for them unlike certain other hotels which i won't name. "
"Staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast great for gluten free. I asked for some gluten free toast and the manager took the time to go and buy a gluten free loaf from the shops. I thought this was extremely kind of them to do this. Entertainment at night was very enjoyable great singer. Would recommend the comfort inn to all my friends and we will return."
"Really nice hotel on the front. Hottest day of the year .
Live music and good good. The hotel was very busy.
My room was internal , I would book a drs view next time. I enjoyed the swimming pool ."
