"This is a very easy B&B to stay in and is very well located right on the seafront in Wells. Downstairs has a small lounge and dining area with tea and coffee facilities. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. Nice wet room with a light heated mirror so no problem with steaming up. Definitely worth considering and we’re looking to returning again soon."

"Stayed for 2 nights in one of the pods. Fantastic camp site, really clean and well run. Very quiet at night, even with the road nearby. Convenient for King's Lynn and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend! "

"The Staff are wonderful. Our room was very nice. The only item we find difficult is the cost of breakfast (£18 each) but there are choices outside of the Hotel. Apart from that we always choose the Hotel and will continue to do so - in 4 weeks we'll be back."

"Has electric car charging facilities. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we will come back again. Breakfast is generously served and delicious. Deer in the garden too. Lovely garden views at rear."

"Super friendly, helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. Beautiful location. Dog friendly and convenient for walks from the hotel with access to Sheringham Park. The food was excellent, but not always consistent - I had sea bass on one day which was so delicious (and as described in the menu) that I decided to have it again on my last night, but it was no where near as good - missing the chives in the mash, the dill sauce on the fish and not served with peas all as described in the menu. I’m guessing it was a different chef on duty. I was disappointed with a mix up/misunderstanding about my room - but I think that was because of Expedia, not the fault of the hotel. And the hotel did try to resolve it. I will definitely return and will know which room to request next time!"

"This hotel doesn’t disappoint. The staff are not just efficient and friendly but happy doing their jobs, whatever they do. That reflects back onto the experience of staying here. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The restaurant is well organised with plenty of menu choice including vegetarian food. Breakfast is from a menu and individually prepared, thank goodness there’s no buffet. We felt quite spoilt with the attention we received. This is our second stay in this hotel and we will definitely return. "

"Beautiful old building which has had good levels of investment into making it a fine hotel. Very well located in the centre of town but with plenty of nearby parking. Well appointed, if small, rooms, attentive and welcoming staff although needed more staff at breakfast as many guests had to wait too long to be seated. Breakfast was excellent though, lots of choice and good quality."

"From the time we arrived until we checked out, Sue, Clive and the rest of the wonderful people at the Bull Inn were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, we had one evening meal and 2 breakfasts. Would stay again if in the area. "

"Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch Would have been handy to offer an umbrella in room as walk to hotel in rain not ideal Would certainly return"

"The hotel had a bit of character and was well located for access to the coast and nearby sights. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and chairs, plenty of storage space. The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, happy to chat and offer advice on places to visit and things to do. A very enjoyable short stay "
