ich habe vor Wochen ein Zimmer im Dorf gebucht. Als ich gegen 23:00 Uhr am Hotel ankam, habe ich mehrfach geklingelt und angerufen – leider vergeblich. Jedes Mal landete ich auf derselben Mailbox, auf der ich auch Nachrichten hinterlassen habe. Doch niemand hat mich hereingelassen.
Bei eisiger Kälte vor dem Hotel übernachten zu müssen, ist absolut unzumutbar. Daher habe ich kurzerhand ein anderes Hotel gebucht und werde in Zukunft nicht mehr in eurem Haus nächtigen.

"This is a wonderfully clean hotel with all the extra amenities but without the hotel feel. Each room is unique and each area of the hotel as you walk around the property changes as if you are walking around a little village instead of a hotel. It is a very comfortable place to stay."

"Great place with fast internet, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I can only imagine that dinner would have been awesome too but the restaurant is closed on Wednesday nights (which is the night we stayed). Friendly staff and check-in/check out was uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend."

"Pleasant stay. No elevator but wide well lit staircase. The top floor room we were in has a sloped ceiling so one person had to be careful not to bump their head when getting out of bed. Really good wifi. "

"Large room with small kitchen and proper bathroom. Our host was friendly and texting to check if we were ok.
Our room was in the basement, with daylight and plenty of windows but no view.

"Wonderful, quiet setting with a great outdoor dining area. Interesting, tasty menu with an attentive staff. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and we were greeted with a specially set table and a complimentary glass of Sekt (sparkling wine).
Although the hotel rooms are older, they were clean, quiet, comfy and spacious.
After breakfast, we were able to observe the fawns (15+) walking and feeding on the hillside less thsn 50 feet from the rear of the hotel!

Als am Abreisetag der Mitarbeiter des Frühstücksservices verschlafen hatte, ist der Eigentümer selber in seinen Betrieb gekommen und hat ein vollwertiges Frühstück aufgebaut. "I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "
"We stayed here on our way to Austria from The Netherlands, and it could not be more convenient. It's very close to the motorway, without the consequence of hearing the cars (it's just far away enough).
They're very pet friendly, our dog was welcome during both dinner and breakfast which is a big plus. While we were eating, the supercharger on the parking was filling up our car, which is a great combo. We could leave with a filled stomach and electric car without a hassle, and that for a very decent price. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were hanging around outside the entrance smoking and drinking bottles of beer. Underground car park was grim. OK for a one night stopover."
"Found a cockroach in bed and has insect bites, like bedbug or flea bites. The property is in deep need of renovation. The room seemed clean but the carpets hide things and not pleasant ones. The room was on the top floor. Warm and quite stuffy. I opened the window and door to try to ventilate it a bit. There was someone in the adjoining room which I don’t think was actually a hotel room but an apartment, who was making shouting and hooting sounds all night.
The sheets and towels were clean. The room itself was dirty, switches on lamps had sticky residue on them, wood had scorch marks and scratches. Many of the lights were inoperable and a few were pulled from their place in the walls and hanging loose.
