"First time we’ve ever stayed all inclusive with our kids so we tested the water by booking only 4 nights. Instantly fell in love with this place, so much so that we’re already booked to return next year! Beautiful site full of palm trees, accommodating staff, nice bars and entertainment, good range of buffet food and best cocktails I’ve ever had in an AI! Great waterpark, which (even though shared with the other 3 Stella hotels) only ever had short queues to ride the slides and didn’t feel crazily busy even in peak season. Even at times where it was trickier to get a sunbed there for all 4 of us, there are plenty of tables and chairs in the snack bars too so always somewhere to sit. Lunchtimes really cleared out too, at which point there were plenty of beds available. Can highly recommend the first floor sharing pool rooms. A smaller number of suites share a pool which is a bit quieter than the main pool and there was always space around this pool. The suite itself was great for a family with teens. This room type had two bedrooms, interconnected with a door but totally separate rooms (I.e. not just separated with a partition), each with their own bathroom so plenty of privacy. The only thing that might’ve been a nice extra is to have some sporting activities targeted to teens. There was footie for example for kids up to 12 and then an adults’ one but I think our son would’ve been more confident joining in with older kids his age."

"The hotel was incredibly clean and food amazing. Great views from your Sunbed and the best sandy beach I have been to in Greece. Only downsides are the amount of sunbeds pool side so you often have to get up early to get a bed or you will be on the beach. Then the beach club next door played music a few nights until the early hours which kept us awake. Other than that it is an amazing hotel "

"We stayed at mitsis rinela for a week and everything was perfect. The hotel has an amazing view of the ocean and the beach is beautiful, it literally looks like a beach club with sun mattresses. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed (especially Maria from guest relations!). The food is tasty and the restaurants are definitely worth trying to book. We especially loved the Italian restaurant and every restaurant brought diversity in the food we ate throughout the week. Lastly, the drinks at the lounge bar are delicious and very well made, we stayed and ordered drinks every night of the week. Would definitely come again!!"

" Excellent hotel: good location - 3 min walk to the sea and 10 min walk to the center on foot distance, a little further from the noise of night bars. Good food - we had AI - food was plentiful and varied, 10-24 hours delicious cocktails and local alcoholic drinks at pool Bar and seaside Know Bar are included. There is also a sunbeds next to the Know bar, but they are over the road further from the seafront and it is very, very hot to be there. Sunbeds on the beach are paid 10-12 eur per day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. However, the beach is sandy and it is great to lie on the sand as anyone wants. The sea is very rocky, the rocks are huge and sharp, so swimming shoes are required. Without shoes, unfortunately, I hurt my foot badly 😪 We had spacious Suites room with large 2 balconies. Room were cleaned and towels changed daily. The air conditioner worked great. The room had 2 small fridges, 2 kettles, 2 large TVs with Netflix. Wifi worked well in the room. The car can be parked in the hotel parking, no need to book in advance. The service staff is especially pleasant and helpful. We will definitely come back. A couple of little things that Hotel could be improved - set up the belong sunbeds right on the beach and fix the unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink. "

"Domes was an excellent family holiday destination. Firstly the staff were all incredible, they really couldn't do more for us. The Villa we had, with a pool, was spacious and lovely. The restaurants on site were fantastic, the beach was great, with excellent Watersport options and a short 5 min boat ride to Spinalonga. A short walk to the gorgeous Plaka was a great plus, with its shops, restaurants and beautiful coves to enjoy a dip in. A drink at Isla's followed by a snorkel in the sea. Overall a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "

"First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though. "

"I love this resort. It provides availability of food almost any time. For a sleeper like me getting up late and having food ready this is a plus. Two major pools to relax and easy access to the beach from the complex. Food is good and tasty. The staff are is very friendly and attentive. Annabelle Resort is a place I can come back. "

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and the convenience of being able to book cabs and excursions directly through the hotel made things stress free. The resort had a peaceful ambiance. Even in busier areas it felt calm, I felt relaxed during my whole stay. On our final day, my partner and I enjoyed a couples spa massage treatment it was worth every penny. The right way to end our trip. I genuinely loved everything about this resort and will definitely return. Highly recommend."

"This place was amazing, looked just like a postcard. The staff was amazing! Konstantinos at the lunch restaurant was incredible and super friendly!! If you eat there get the cheesecake, best dessert I’ve had. The gift shop is great too with lots of cute items and the lady that runs it is very friendly. Will definitely come back again!"

"1st. time in this property. Check in process as usual. Waiting on line, due to lack of staff, to many guests. I can not complain to much. If you need beach towels, it is 20 Euros/each deposit, cash, however there is an ATM outside/for a fee off course. (Shame can not charge the room for that). Nice, friendly staff all over, clean facilities and room. Oh. The pools are closing early. To the beach you have to across a small road, but not a lot of traffic. The beach itself has rocks, so if you want to enjoy send, you have to go somewhere else. Restaurants, need to make reservations on time ( at least two days in advance). But there is a buffet style ( no res. needed). Property has two bars, one inside and one near the pool. If you want you can snack, there is a snack bar. Parking lot is on the smaller side, and the local car rental company taking up places with cars. "
