"C'est bien de louer une chambre d'hôtel part votre site internet,mais quand on voit les chambres qui ressemble à un placard où l'on ne peut même pas tenir droit,ou une personne de 1m65 se soigne ou la hauteur de plafond n'est pas respecté,je demande le remboursement de cette chambre par votre site,et je pense que je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience en passant par hotel.com"
