"We checked in after 9:00 pm. We had to wait about 25 minutes to be checked in. An extremely unprofessional young man initially helped us. He kept leaving the front office, going to the back, shouting, then coming back out. When I showed him we had paid on Expedia, he finally called a colleague who arrived in about ten minutes. This person was professional and got us into our room. It was a creepy experience.
Although the management clearly tried to add some amenities to the room, like a coffee...
