"I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. "

"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"

"We stayed in a family room at Ni-Newen with 4 adults, a child, and a baby, and had a lovely experience. The place was nice, quiet, and perfect for a few days to disconnect and unwind. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"The manager, Rodrigo, was extremely helpful in helping us check in to the hostal. It was very accomodating to be able to store our bags for the day after we checked out, and he contacted us to retrieve two items that we forgot in the room."

"The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street."

"The dome rooms were beautiful and rustic and fit in perfectly with the natural surroundings. The interiors were clean and well appointed, with heating and cooling. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were good. You couldn’t beat the lakeside location for views and strolls along the volcanic rocky beach. We spent four nights there and could have spent way longer, exploring the beautiful surroundings. "

"I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!"

"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). The hotel property itself is lovely, and I highly recommend enjoying a coffee on the veranda when the weather is nice."
