"Staff is great although I think that they could make a better bed assignment or room. There were two instance with 1 room with 5 male and 1 female, then another room with 5 females 1 male. I know the rooms are mix, but maybe a 4-2 or 3-3 would be better, specially for females. Also I think that adding ligth and outlet to each bed would be a good an amazing addition like other hostels "

"The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good.
The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour...

"Para empezar, una chica de la recepción nos hizo sentir incómodos por su actitud de desconfianza pidiéndonos tarjetas de respaldo y demás, fue tan exigente que al final del día el control de la TV de la habitación nos tocó pedirlo varias veces hasta que lo entregaron, por otro lado al momento de hacer check out no fueron capaces de mantenernos los equipaje mientras íbamos a una excursión corta hasta las 2 pm, lo que nos tocó ir con todos los equipajes a la excursión, jamás había vivido una...
