"For foreigners, you have to go 20 minutes down a rock road which runs along the lake. Plenty of options for restaurants along the way. Fairly easy to locate, I would stress that you do not attempt to drive to or from here at night because of the road. The restaurant/bar on site had great food and I ate here each night. Decent alcohol selection. The views are the lake make it worth staying and only a hour or less out from major sites, I used it as my home base.

"The staff was incredibly accommodating and always quick to help with anything we needed. Anytime we asked for something, they came right away with a smile, which really made us feel taken care of. The pools were beautiful and relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool bar. We also loved exploring El Tunco at night. The town is full of life with music, shops, and people walking around, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing stay."
"This small hotel is a Gem. Area is definitely a surfing paradise. We were closing our trip at El Salvador we wanted to visit the capital, mountains and beaches definitely not disappointed. "It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a park directly across the street. It's very close to MetroCentro making shopping and eating very convenient. This is the second time we've stayed here. The owner even allowed us to check in early. There's plenty of storage, a desk, a couch that can convert to an additional bed, hot water and a nice kitchenette where you can make coffee, have a fridge, small table and dinnerware. We thoroughly enjoy this location! Parking is usually easy."
