"It was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. It was on what seemed like an industrial estate and had lots of road works going on, not very picturesque. The breakfast wasn't great, they ran out of things, the restaurant was closed for the weekend. One staff was lovely, one was ok, a little dismissive. Overall, good if it's just a overnight stop you need by the train. But not really as a holiday stay."

Rooms have unusual and u comfortable furniture - I think it’s to encourage you to enjoy their neighborhood like lobby with a wine shops various food options and a sense of fun. "I'm in a wheelchair. The pavements in the immediate area were uneven. Building works restricterd the available width. Beggars sitting on the pavements left limited room to pass.
Breakfast foods ran out quickly and were slow to be refilled/replaced.

"The hostel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an 20 minute walk into town but that was fine. There are supermarket options very close by. Our room was very warm at night but for the price we paid it was excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend. "

The hotel does a good breakfast. Big room with excellent aircon, nice bathroom and good WiFi. Double bed was two singles pushed together, very comfy but it had separate mattress toppers which tended to move apart leaving a gap down the middle. Staff are helpful and everything is very keen.
Location has good and bad points, its a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro, 10 minutes walk to Lille Flandres station and 15 to the city centre. But the area around the hotel is all offices some of which are disused and is unattractive although it feels safe.
Overall the hotel is good value and I would stay here again but the location isn't great from a leisure travel point of view "
