"great food, great staff, well kept property"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crown Paradise Golden. We loved all of the food options, from the large selection at the buffet, to the convenience of the snack bars, to the very good restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had originally requested a room with two beds because it was my daughter and I. We did not get the requested room, but the king sized bed worked fine for us. All of the staff members we saw and interacted with were exceptionally nice and I was impressed by how hard they all worked to make our stay enjoyable."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mousai From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, bell service, and restaurant team provided excellent, attentive service that made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The property itself is beautiful and offers a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. On another note, we were disappointed by the persistent push to attend the 75-minute presentation. We kindly told Alejandro multiple times that we weren’t interested, yet he continued to text us, even saying this was how he fed his children. The next morning, we ran into him again and were met with the same pressure despite our clear “no.” We also noticed a slight decline in service once it was known that it was our last day. Overall, the hotel is stunning, and we would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future. We just hope future visits are free from the overly aggressive sales approach. "

"I wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. This was my second visit, and once again, I was incredibly impressed by the attentive staff and their eagerness to assist with any request. The real-time guest support was truly excellent, and the activities offered for children were fantastic. We also appreciated how accessible the beach was for families. The quality of the food was consistently good, and it was a delightful bonus to see at least two turtles coming to the shoreline during our stay. I would love to return for another visit in the future."

"My boyfriend and I absolutely loved Secrets Bahia Mita! Here is list of our favorites 1. SPAAAAAA, hydro therapy amenities were devine. We went back for seconds 2. Fine Dining! We loved all of the options! My favorite was Bordeaux 3. 6th Floor pool along with Olio restaurant were a dream. 4.COFFEE lovers, there are many options at the Cafe. There you can also pick up quick meal and ice cream anytime of the day 5. Hospitality, every single employee was pleasant and helpful "

"The beach was the most unique and beautiful part of the stay. We had our own private beach it seemed. Not crowded. The staff was so amazing. Soledad at the buffet went above and beyond. Miguel and Alejandro at the swim up bar were so attentive and the drinks were made to order. I’ll be back just as long as the people running it and the beach remain the same. Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. A bit older and could use a bit of updating but were still in good condition. Food options had a nice variety. The Italian restaurant could use some improvement in the food preparation. Especially pizza quality. Casa Grande was our favorite along with Kamari. Buffet had a good variety and excellent service. Fresco was good but as a suggestion the wraps should be could wraps as opposed to being pressed in order to expedite the orders. It’d be a win, win for the chefs and patrons. The chefs were patient and friendly yet seemed a bit overwhelmed. Id say keep it all cold options there. Nathan did an excellent job under pressure. "

The only small suggestion would be to clean the swimming pool more frequently throughout the day—but aside from that, everything was wonderful."

"The beach wasn’t the best one but the hotel service was excellent. The food was a 8 out 10. Hotel Entertainment was ok, I think it was too quiet. But it has beautiful views and the environment is great. "

"The staff member was very rude, I didn’t get her name, but she was very rude to me and my friend who traveled for the first time to PV. I went out relaxed came back and it was a new staff member 🙏 that got me after that and she was amazing if it would’ve been for her I don’t think I would’ve stayed there"
