"This hotel is a great base for exploring the islands of Donnsö and Styrsö on the Gothenburg archipelago. A nice modern hotel, with a sea-side restaurant section. The room was comfortable, with a good bed, and plenty of storage space for clothes, though missing chairs. Reading in bed was made difficult by the lamps which just hung down the bed head. Food in the restaurant was generally fine (the mussels were great). Breakfast was very good."

High standard overall, friendly staff, lots of nice amenities and the restaurants were quite good. Very kid friendly with a big play area, with gaming rooms and a movie theatre. Our âGrand Curiosaâ room was spacious with a separate alcove with a bunk bed and a large main room. Can highly recommend for Gothenburg/Liseberg visits. "

"The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "
