For me the only small downside is that the pillows on the bed are very thin. Not sure if other types of pillows are available i did not check with the hotel. "

The stay could not have been nicer or better. 100 points is rare in a hotel, but this hotel deserves the maximum number of points that can be awarded for a stay. we are used to very good hotels but Ultima Gstaad is absolutely great. "Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year."

The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall."

There is no direct access via automobile. You must be picked up by hotel staff or take the gondola to reach the property, but it is well worth it. Incredible 360 views of the mountains all around and down to the picturesque town below. The room design is simple clean and with attention to every detail."

"Such a cute little property. We stayed for one night as a travelling group of three females. We stayed in a room made up for three and it was so cosy and well presented. Staff were really friendly and super happy to have us there. Would recommend particularly for the cable car to Oeschien which is literally across the road! Excellent, thankyou! "
