The hotel grounds are spacious and beautiful and I had a room which, once reached up the steepish backstairs, was large, very comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was so small you had to close the door to fit in it. No shower, you had to sit in the bath with a hand held head, that leaked. "The split leveling of the building was brillant with use of light wood and windows. The house felt airy and very modern even though the outside is traditional. The use of the garden with many seating areas encourages you to sit and relax."

"Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered!
The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished.

"The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time! "
