"I arrived late so checked in quickly and went back out for a late dinner. After getting back just before midnight I found myself locked out of the hotel. After 30 minutes of trying to get back through various doors I eventually found the key would open the sliding front door. There is no notice of this at check in which I find madness.
The room had a good view but wasn’t especially clean or nice. I also had a double bed but only a duvet for a single bed with one pillow.

"Receptionist treated me like I’m second grade class. They’ve put me in different building as like they’ve said they got more families with more kids so I don’t recommend to go there if you are a single parent with 1 child!!!
Also be careful where you rent ski equipment as the guys working there are not helpful at all…."

"Man kann nicht alles haben entweder Zentrum oder ruhige Lage! Ev ist es in den Zimmern des Neubau die nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße sind leiser aber dafür bekommt man nichts vom ganzen Trubel mit. Alles in allem war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke alle Mitarbeiter die für einen schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben."

"Stayed for 1 night travelling through Austria howards Croatia. The rooms where all in all fine but the issue was no air whatsoever in the room so the room was extremely hot. We could open the windows out to a Small terrasse where the hotel staff spent most of the time chain-smoking so out room smelled of cigaret-smoke most of our stay. They even started at 6 in the morning smoking there.
The town was very dead but that was to ve expected of Austria in the summer.

"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning when staying in the summer. This may be uncomfortable on hot days. Overall I would highly recommend and we plan to return in the winter months "

"Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious.
Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club.
