"It was as a great place for an overnight. Lovely places to relax and enjoy the river without camping. It’s an isolated location, be flexible. "

"We couldn't ask for a better stay. Oceanfront location, we loved watching the sunrise, sunset from our room & taking long walks on the boardwalk along the ocean. The staffs were wonderful. Room is nicely renovated, clean, bed comfy. Good light breakfast was included & the choices were very adequately thoughtful. We walked over to The Sea Chest Oyster Bar nearby for dinner, fantastic food & services there too.
Hope to come back for another restful stay soon. "

"This was an amazing stay and far exceeded my expectations. I almost don’t want to get rid of you because I don’t want people to know about the secretly amazing place."

"I booked the lodge thinking it's 15-min away from the national parks but unfortunately for us, the main road was blocked and detour (very bumpy, thanks to our 4-wheel to get us through) took about 30-min. We're happy with the cozy place with very reasonable price and full of services. We really appreciated the snack and tea/coffee bar opened freely all the time. Buffet was legitimate. Next time we will probably prepare swimsuits to enjoy jacuzzi and the pool, as well as kayaking and the lake...

" We spent two nights here while visiting the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The property is clean and safe. There are lots of hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching. Connie gave us some very useful advice about how to tours the parks the most efficiently. Highly recommended."
"I really loved my stay at this lodge. The rooms were nice enough but not fancy but the location was great. We did see a bear from the lodge which the rangers drove off. It had a great view next to the river. "
"We enjoyed our stay in this mountain cottage. Is just as pictured. Provided game, such as darts, corn hole, and a fusball table that the kids enjoyed. Great working grill. Would stay here again!"
"The property is very close to the park. Room was clean, quiet, and just next to the little river. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!"
"Lovely house.
Everything you need.
Bathroom could do with a tidy up.
Master bed was very squeaky and felt like a pullup bed.
Good location to get to sequoia.
Drivable (ISH) to the main close towns."
"Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time.
Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by.
I wouldn't hesitate to book here again."
