"Fantastic view and all. Atrocious customer service. I lost my wallet and phone on a night out and had literally nothing on me at all nothing in the fridge. Just nothing to eat or drink and the resort would not even give me one slice of bread and or a banana. They were happy for me to fast for 3 days. Disgraceful for such a place where everything else was excellent and fantastic. "

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and We loved the soft pillows and fresh linens.
The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and fluffy towels.
We especially appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the quiet air conditioning.
The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.
The location was perfect—close to restaurants and public transport, yet quiet at night.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Common areas in the building are very nice and atmospheric. Room a bit dated and very basic - our 3 bed family room was quite spacious but the main window looked out of the side roof over the air con units etc, however the room was cool and quiet which made up for lack of view. A little expensive for the basic room provided, but overall the hotel did exceed expectations as it was quiet, very well located within easy reach of everything, the staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was exceptional.
