Room was smelly.. it’s say tea & coffee in the room.. but none was there .. yes there were tea & coffee bags and sugar but no kettle
Took us ages to find the entrance to the hotel
We were welcomed with tons of dirty laundry on the floor .. not a great view when you check in to your room ..

In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"Nice hotel not in the center of town, but the bus leaves right outside the hotel door for centrum every 10 minutes and the bus is included with the hotel stay. Nice room, calm, but major drawback is that it has no AC - this will be an issue in hot days. There was a fan in the room though.

"Recently stayed here for 4 nights and it was our first CitizenM experience. I was worried the room would be uncomfortably small as we had a large suitcase and rucksack each, but the space has been so thoughtfully and cleverly designed that it really wasn’t a problem at all.
The staff were great and very accommodating despite us making frequent trips to the bar to request hot water so we could make hot drinks.
The hotel is centrally located and the city generally felt very safe. I highly recommend staying here. "
