"We had a 5 night stay at this wonderful hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing overlooking the Lake with a short walk into the town. There was a plentiful choice for breakfast and parking is also available. A very enjoyable holiday! "

"Overall, I rate an excellent. The only drawback was the room was a bit dated. And stairs to climb with luggage. The Staff was friendly and cordial. There is shuttle service to Bellagio. Nice restaurant menu options and a very good breakfast in the mornings."

"This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel has everything you need and want! It's the best location. It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!"

"A newly renovated and gorgeous hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the funicular, this hotel was perfect for our stay in Lugano and exploring the surrounding region. The included Ticino ticket is a nice bonus but the value is in the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and beds and the premier food and drinks. I slept so well, even with a bruised ribcage. The included breakfast is really delicious with everything one could need to fill up and start the day. The restaurant and bar, Flamel, is incredible. The house cocktails are a must try that will change your perception of what a cocktail should be. The dinner is first class and every dish is a work of art. An extra special touch is the foosball table in the lobby near the bar so we could have drinks while the kids played. I can't wait to go back and stay at this hotel again!"

"First class hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Incredible view from the room’s balcony. Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Bellagio and would absolutely visit again."

"The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us. "

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
