Glockenhof Zürich
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent, helpful staff. All staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location for walking to train hub, riverfront and lake."
"A fantastic location in the heart of Zurich conveniently situated by the train station and Old Town and shopping with lots of eating and dining options. The room exceeded our expectations related to space, comfort, and cleanliness. Everything you need as a base to explore the city. Loved the rain shower! "
"Will definitely stay here again. Great room and amenities. The smart features are super handy. Only problem was the music from a nearby bar. But we thankfully fell asleep and had a great sleep. "
"This hotel is just in front of the main HB station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s easily accessible and tons of dining options around… our room was little outdated but was very quiet and had all the necessary items. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and I will definitely come back.. "
"Room was exactly as required for sleeping, very clean, well organised, with a good shower. Evribuddies worked prefectly.
The only improvement would have been more sockets for charging devices - free was only one socket in the whole double room. "
"The renovations to this property are tremendous - wonderful set of improvements for a well situated, higher end experience in Santa Monica for a correctly priced hotel. Valet service is top notch- also especially nice are the new jacuzzi and downstairs food convenience~ and of course the restaurant and bar upstairs remain distinct city assets. Well done-"
"Very beautiful rooms; clean and comfortable. Breakfast comes at an extra fee but loved the continental spread (especially the cheese varieties). You can choose to buy tickets for local transportation in the lobby which we appreciated but everything was walkable (and encouraged!). I would recommend staying here again! "
"Front desk is very friendly. walking distance to train station, restaurants and super market. Common eating area open during the day to have your own lunch or dinner. We really enjoyed the free coffee after a long day. Tasty breakfast with lot of options for everyone. Serving staff is very helpful. The hotel also held our bags free of charge after we checked out so that we can explore the city before leaving. Will definitely stay again."
"Still a fav hotel in Zurich...but getting a bit worn out...chairs and fittings in the room starting to look tired...some rooms /fittings need a refurb soon"
"I got really scared reading the other reviews and almost canceled.
Im very happy that I didn't cancel. The place was super comfortable. I reserved a room with the kitchen.
Kitchen and utensils where good. Space was awesome. Loved the decor of the whole studio.
Some reviews state that theres nowhere to leave luggage, that is un true. They have a place to leave luggage very accesible.
It has an elevator, place is kinda like a small maze, some stair will be inevitable but not so much. Just a couple of steps.
Laundry service was awesome, download an app, pay through there, have your space reserved and done!
They have a tea and spakling water faucet in this same room that is superb!
Additional coffee at Rokka is amazing!"
"Everything was great. The place is great especially for a one night stopover flight because the place is a walking distance to stroll along downtown Zurich which is the heart of the city"
