Also, it's in an excellent walkable location in the Shibyua, Tokyo district. We also loved the pajamas they provided us nightly. "

"Nothing but wonderful things to say about this lovely hotel in the heart of Minato. Easy access to Shiodome and Shimbashi stations and the time we spent *in* the hotel was always relaxing. Staff are courteous and helpful beyond what we are accustomed to in the US. A very spacious lobby on the 25th floor with large west-facing windows are a great spot for a casual hang or a morning coffee, both of which we took advantage of. A coffee machine provides free coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and more for free, and a ¥1,000 coin (~$6.50) will yield you your choice of several wines, sake, or beer at another self serve machine. You can sync your personal streaming account to your in-room TV, and an assortment of complimentary bathroom necessities such as toothbrush, hair brush, and razor await if you forgot your own. The elevator ride down from the 25th floor can drop you off either at the 3rd floor for footbridge access to the subway/local train network or to the 1st floor for street-level navigation. There are 2 7-11 stores (konbini) within a 5-minute walk and you’re about an 8-minute walk away from the nearest coin-op laundromat. We stayed here for the first 5 nights of our 2-week Japan trip and it was an exquisite introduction to Japanese hospitality and to the lovely city of Tokyo. "

"This hotel is located next to 3 shopping malls (walking distance) There also a lot of this located on the train line right outside the door. (Team lab planets, go carts, more shopping. Toyosu fish market and so much more.) The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Convenient from Haneda Airport by train and close to many subway and train options for sightseeing. The staff speak excellent English. Shiodome itself is a modern office park and so a little sterile but there are many great food options on the other side of the nearby Shimbashi station. "

"Room was pretty nice size, extra security around elevators (can't even access them without a room key). Right across from a Don Quixote as well, so that's never a bad thing. Didn't experience anything bad with the hotel. Kabukicho is just a little roudier at night, so lower floors may hear more commotion. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay!"

"The Hotel Groove Shinjuku was a great choice for our family. The full Tokyo experience (including the excitement of Shinjuku Station) of bright lights and large adverts. The area is busy but the hotel is totally wonderful, safe, secure and well staffed. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaning was effective and efficient with a wide range of helpful amenities. The room itself was big enough for 2 adults and a child with a lovely expansive view of the vicinity including the Skytree. There was lots to choose from in terms of food options and easy access to a range of different cuisines for all budgets. It is a wonderful introduction to the busy craziness of Tokyo with excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you so much! "
