"The place is very convenient and affordable compared with "airport hotels" if you need to take the plane at CDG on the next day. The room was clean and newly renovated. I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning in the room at this time of the year. Breakfast is a little pricey but there was a very nice choice of items for a continental breakfast. Service was excellent and friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 9:15 pm and I was told that I had barely made it because "check-in closes at 9:00 pm". However, Expedia's booking reminder on the app. specified that check-in closes at 10 pm. I believe that a correction is needed from Expedia side. There was no indication for late check-in at the hotel on Bestwestern.com. Information could be added on the hotel FAQ. I did "

"Personnel accueillant et efficace, mais chambre, douche, salle d'eau, lit, trop petits. Gouttière cassée, donc ruissellement au dessus de l'entrée et bruits. Douche 60 x 60 ! Seul avantage: le prix. Hôtel à éviter car tout en bois, ressemble à un grand mobil home en bois, que du bois qui grince quand vous marchez. La prochaine fois je monterai de gamme car cet hôtel mal entretenu ne mérite pas le détour, de plus survolé par une multitude d'avions en phase d'atterrissage. Mais petit dejeuner impeccable et personnel attentionné et efficace."

"DO NOT try to use this property. I booked them through Expedia for a last minute place to stay due to transportation cancellations and other issues. They refused entry to my group plus two others. When calling the number on the property description I confirmed before heading there, but when I got there they refused entry and stated THEY DO NOT ACCEPT Expedia reservations and that I needed to contact Expedia directly. I purchased trip insurance and am filing a claim. Hopefully that will be honored. "

"liked-the lovely rose garden! the spacious, quiet room disliked- the noisy lobby & breakfast room most disliked- the request for a wake up call that was never delivered! This caused us to pay for an Uber to the airport! I feel like the hotel should pay for this cost!"
