My 16 year old son said it was like sleeping in a coffin. Though clean, my own bed smelt a little and the sheets were ripped. I think many people have smoked in the room, despite the hotel’s no smoking policy. "

The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room.
