Our sole visit to the area was to visit Il Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarot Garden) and the hotel staff did everything they could do to help us have a wonderful visit, which we did. Beautiful pools and restaurant/bar area. Food in the restaurant was excellent, quite pricey but worth a splurge. Was my second time staying and it’s just as good as I remembered. Best bit: they grow cherry tomatoes all around the property and you are encouraged to help yourself- which we did! You can’t beat home grown tomatoes 🍅 "

"B&B Borgo Vera is a sweet country home secluded in the fields of Tuscany. The host, Stefania, is incredibly joyful, warm, and accommodating... laughing, offering recommendations, and reminding us to slow down and smell the rosemary. The property is rustic and beautiful, with a wonderful swimming pool with a newly refinished bottom. It's a few miles down an unpaved road, and although it's a rocky road, it's worth it to arrive to such a peaceful and quiet place where the birds are the loudest sound you'll hear. In the morning, breakfast (for a small extra fee) was served starting at 8:30am. The cappuccinos were delicious and breakfast was just fine. There are sweet cats who live at this country inn who nap in the sun. The closest town is Manciano (less than 15 mins drive,) a very quaint hilltop medieval village, where we had our most authentic meal in Tuscany at La Imperiale (a Stefania recc.) We ran into a barrel rolling competition while returning to our car! The next day we went to the public hot springs (thermal baths) in Saturnia (Cascate del Mulino) which was only 30 mins by car and a super memorable and relaxing experience."

"Perfectly clean, newly refurbished, comfortable. Great service. Room 209 was most likely the most beautiful and comfortable in the hotel. Parking is available in the port (white line slots are completely free), you can nevertheless go to the hotel to offload your luggage and then park in the port some 200m away. We also appreciated the whirlpool on the roof, which offered a great view all around. We had trouble with our air conditioner; it cooled to 18 °C regardless of the setting - nevertheless, we believe it is just an accident. Careful, there is no lift to higher stocks!"

"Everything went so smoothly, from allowing us to check in early since our cabin was ready, to no extra charges or resort fees for the beach loungers and umbrella, to a fully functional kitchen, to a commanding view of the Mediterranean from our front balcony, everything was as good or better than advertised. The property is beautifully landscaped, well-maintained, stepping up a hill with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea. After a busy 6-week European travel schedule, this was the perfect antidote to just relax, rest, soak up some sun, and enjoy the natural beauty of the Italian coast. Extra benefits of having a small and well -stocked grocery and convenience store onsite with reasonable prices near the beautiful pool area, were an extra bonus we appreciated. Unlike similar camping resorts in America, the fellow guests were considerate of others, quiet with no loud music, and well-behaved children...all who seemed to be having a wonderful time. I didn't even know places like this exist... great amenities at such a reasonable price. We miss it and want to return!"

We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. The food was excellent a 4 course meal made to order was only €30 for 2 people. Can’t recommend more highly ❤️"

"My stay at this BNB was wonderful! Rosy is an excellent host. She’s is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. She made sure that my stay was all I was looking for it to be. On request she arranged a horseback ride outing and an in-room massage. In the morning she had breakfast ready, which is also tailor made to my dietary needs. The suite was very well lite with a nice size kitchen and well appointed bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall very clean room. The grounds are well kept up. I didn’t go in the pool as the temps were very low. There are horses grazing on the neighboring properties; beautiful natural landscape. Overall it was a relaxing low key weekend spent in nature and tranquility. The BNB is 20 min from the famous Cascate del Mulino thermal baths and the Terme di Saturnia Hot Springs resort. I highly recommend staying at Rosy’s place and plan to do so the next time I’m in Italy. "

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "
