Hotel is clean and welcoming, nice pool area and really nice spa.
Room was relatively basic but comfortable.
The only thing which let it down was breakfast which wasn’t that great, but the food from the pool bar was ok.

"We had an amazing time at the Pabisa Sofia.
The staff were amazing and very nice.
I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research.
All in all we had a good time at the hotel and wouldn't mind coming back another time."

For a family sun and relaxation trip totally recommend it. It was also close to airport, see side and lots of cool bars and restaurants. "

"Spent one week in the end of July with my family and we had a great vacation. Wonderful view over the ocean from our balcony. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Only minor issue is the bad smell that meets you in the reception. No smell in room or restaurant.

"Everything was perfect! Our room had balcony with the best view both from the beach and pool area. The room was cleaned everyday and got fresh towels every day as well. The room was okay size for two persons. Food was superb! Had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious, variety of food to choose from. We walked from the airport (40mn) but it was a bit squetchy in some parts. You can take the A2 bus almost directly to this hotel.
We had a room with partial sea view. It was an amazing view of the pool area and the sea.
This hotel has 2 pools, a private sauna and turkish bath (you can book in advance), tennis courts, etc.
They sent us a card for my wife's birthday and offered us 2 complementary drinks at the bar.

The dinner is 18 euros for an all you can eat buffet. It is ok, not extraordinary. We did it once and then went to explore the many great restaurants around the area.
We found that this hotel had the best beach, best access, etc.
We rented bikes and went around all the way to Palma centre, the cathedral, the market, etc. It was a perfect way to explore the area due to the many bike paths.
