Had awful problem getting the money i paid to Hotels.com to pay the hotel. Was able to get part paid and i had to pay the rest. Hotels.com owes me money. The room I stayed in needs a full upgrade but overall it was a good stay no complaints other than the bugs . Front desk was wonderful helped me jump my car battery and very friendly I’ll be back to Boone because of the staff and will try a solo cabin next time "
