"We had an amazing night here. It was my husbands birthday. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine in the room, as a surprise for him.
When we arrived the bottle was in the room, and shortly after, the staff knocked on the door, and came with 4 small Sardinian cakes with Italian flags. We nejoyed them with the wine on the terrace.
The breakfast was so delicious, everything was homemade, and so many options. We will definetely recommend this hotel!"

"The personal was very attentive and helpful. The property could be perfect if they fix some little details. Like the streets around which were with trash (from the tourists). Also some ecological measures could be implemented to take care of this beautiful location. Beds also are not to confortable for us, but we enjoy our stay. "

"I can't recommend this place, air humidity in the room was so high that bed liners felt wet, only cold water from the shower, the smell of detergent very strong, and last but not least: check out needed to be done in the other complex in a half a mile walking distance. "

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself is amazing, the garden is huge with a vegetable patch you are encouraged to take from, the pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. "

"Sono stata all’hotel Castello,struttura bella,camera un po’piccola,ma moderna
L’hotel inserito in un giardino spettacolare,si mangia bene (anche al buffet),personale molto disponibile e cortese ,spettacoli serali belli anche con cantanti famosi ,possibilità di fare sport di ogni genere (anche se non ne ho usufruito)
Insomma si sta bene al forte village ,unico neo la spiaggia !!! Difficile trovare ombrellone la settimana di ferragosto

"Nous revenons tout juste de notre séjour en Sardaigne et je ne suis pas déçue d'avoir réservé dans cet hôtel. C'est magnifique, la piscine est top, les hôtes sont adorables, vraiment. Il y a pleins de magnifiques plages aux alentours. Et même si on ne connait pas la région, Sara et Sergio , les hôtes, nous guident et prennent vraiment le temps de nous indiquer les meilleurs endroits à visiter, les meilleurs restos et les animations.

"Overall good for a hotel in Italy. Best European room I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is great. The beach is nice. The food is mediocre, I was disappointed that you can’t even get a glass of tap water without paying. It is difficult to get into the restaurant for dinner unless you are doing all inclusive. The restaurant down the street is nice, and taking the 1 euro bus ride to Pula is an even better dinner option. The staff all seemed friendly, especially the cleaning ladies. It was very quiet and the pool entertainers worked hard. "

"There is no faulting the staff from housekeeping to management. Should a problem arise it is dealt with fairly & promptly & the English of the receptionist Rina(?) & manager is impeccable. The restaurant staff are very attentive.
Surroundings are beautiful. Pool area is spotless & pool beautifully inviting just like the promotional photos & lifeguards on hand. No problem with getting parasols & sunbeds both pool & beach.
Would have been nice to have had somewhere with snacks during the day as you are limited to using the restaurants on site during fixed hours if you have no car & the food is pricey but not as good as expected. Breakfast buffet is, however, plentiful & with lot of choice & best peaches & nectarines ever tasted ! "

"Location was convenient to Pula and Nora. There are some great dining options there as well as the archaeological site in Nora and the beaches. Also, a 30 to 40 minute drive to some South Coast beaches in the airport in Cagliari. There is also a nice large pool a short walk from most of the apartments. Super quiet at night as it is about a half mile down a dirt road! As we were using towels for the pool and showers, they wanted to charge 10 euros a person for fresh towels. So you have to either bring your own beach towels, or you can use their laundry facilities for free."
