Right on very noisy street and freeway just beyond. No way to block opened window on first floor. Bed had lovely clean spread and matching pillow shams but pillows in them had no pillow cases. Hard to sleep thru street noise from hot-rodding and yelling at times. This is in a terrible location and property is very run down.

Well, if that requires an old hotel that’s correct. But for me a boutique hotel needs to be more than that. The insulation is very thin or even non existing, which means that the room is cold (even during summer) and noisy from outside and the corridor. But you can also hear the train from outside every hour during the night.
When we came to our room the sofa bed wasn’t very well done.
We would not stay here again."

"Our stay was amazing the staff was excellent made our stay great i always book with them the room was clean and all appliances worked for us we had to have a fridge and microwave for the grandsons we couldn't figure out the television and called front desk maintenance was up there within 5 minutes and got cartoons on for the grandsons we look forward to coming back next year thank you for making our stay great only wish i could give you all more than 5 stars see you all next year 😀 "
