"At Check-In they could not find our reservation. We waited about 30 minutes for them to find it. The cable did not work and we were not given the Wifi code. The overall room was dirty especially the sheets and towels. On our second night we got to our room really late and our key did not work. The office was closed and we waited awhile till some one came in to re-activate our room key. Will never return to this place on my next visit."

The pool is very family friendly and our grandson had a great time in it every evening. Best of all -- stairs from the hotel lead right to the River Walk. "

What I didn't like was the elevators, because when you press the button to go up to the 10th floor, it stopped on every floor, except yours. It would go back down to the lobby.
