"Bar closed early each night we were there and bartender was not super friendly when we walk in. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Area was perfect and seemed safe. Ran around the harbor in the morning and it was great! Ate at Miss Shirley’s and it was pricey but good 😍. Hotel was walking distance to everything we did! 10 minute walk to oriels stadium. Front desk guy was so nice and the cleaning lady was friendly. Try Joey’s pizza!!! Yummy! "
"The decor and overall vibe of the hotel was 10/10. The room was clean and super cute, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. And staff was really friendly and responsive. The restaurant downstairs is solid for breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is chill but classy and has a view of the city that shouldn't be missed."
"Walked to convenience store on the corner (Royal Farms) about 10:00pm to pick up some snacks and a bunch of high school age kids (12-15 of them) walked in the store while I was shopping and helped themselves to everything and even filled backpacks and walked out. As I was paying for my bottled waters, I asked if this was normal and she said yes. I asked where the cops were and she just kind of looked defeated. There needs to be more police presence in this area. It happened again the next evening. Not the hotel’s fault. Everyone there was exceptional. Downtown Baltimore is overrun with crappy kids like this and they need to clean it up. These kids should all be arrested. "
"Comfortable bed, great housekeeping, good food options in the area, nice pool, & friendly front desk staff. Only complaint would be that our room smelled faintly like cigarettes, other than that everything was clean and nice. "
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super convenient for me and the kids, making everything so easy. The space was lovely and perfect for our needs."
"Loved having a full kitchen, very spacious. Felt safe with the key card entry at the lobby. Parking very close by and affordable. $6 for overnight parking. Front desk was friendly. Would stay here again. "
"This was, hands down, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entire property was spotless, with every detail meticulously maintained. My room was a haven of comfort: the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"
"This was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didn’t fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldn’t walk from there to the hotel entrance. "
"Rooms were super quiet. Loves the character of the place. Would love to come back for a longer stay. Tons of places to eat in the area. Walkable and quiet streets for a city. Tried to get the offsite parking app to work, don’t know why it wasn’t (no fault of hotel) but the staff graciously helped us out with that situation when they could have just blown us off. Thanks for a wonderful stay. "
