"Our family enjoyed our stay here. We just stayed for one night and the staff was very helpful to us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and they really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The room we stayed in worked well as we had takeout and the central desk area worked well as a table for us. This was a good place to stay on our way to the sand dunes. "

"Traveling as a single, older woman, I felt safe and cared for. Everything was simple and easy, clean and comfortable. The hotel restoration was beautifully done so that as an artist I enjoyed being surrounded in lovely harmony. The outstanding dining was icing on the cake. "

"We had a quick check in and we’re happy to find a clean room. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Negative was the cigarette smell that hit us when we opened the door. "

"Such an amazing place to stay. We loved it! It was so beautiful right on the river. Maybe one day we will make it back to the area and stay there again!"

"The lodge has been updated but the rooms are a bit scuffed and are showing wear-and-tear. The grounds are basically dirt so it's dusty and dry. Friendly staff. Nice coffee and communal lounging area."

"I had reserved a room for 2 nights and our circumstances changed and had to leave after one night. Staff said she had to check with the manager about a refund for the 2nd night and also said I had to contact Expedia which I did. Expedia said they were unable to get me a refund. To my delight, I saw the inn had refunded my money. "

"Place was great for the price! They had a huge TV, which was fun because we had just been tent camping. Nice amenities, including coffee in the room. Bed was comfortable, and enormous if you like that. It seemed large even for a king. Maybe it was because of that little tent the night before!"
"Cheryl & Keith were both extremely friendly and a joy to meet. Although I missed in the e mail that I was supposed to check in by 7:00 on Sunday evening. She called me as I was going over Wolf Creek Pass and waited until I arrived at 7:45. Then Keith was kind enogh to visit with me for an hour giving me advice regarding four wheeling in the area.
I highly recommend the property and well be staying there again!"

"Decorations are unique and interesting. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast variety was great. Large bathtub was a challenge to get in and out for senior people. Didn't know all rooms required going upstairs with no elevator available."
"We were in town for Logger Days and was in close proximity to competition grounds. Very clean and was supplied with everything we needed in kitchen. Large refrigerator."
