"This is a city property that you can reach after the taxi leaves you about 2 blocks from the hotel. This is why you are in a very special area! Don't fear the short walk because the hotel is a nice, renovated gem inside a 300-year-old building! The restaurants and shopping are everywhere around this hotel! The room is a little oasis with all the comfort you expect! The breakfast is modest but very filling! I recommend this property for its location and comfort! "

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "The initial arrival at the Palazzo Doria Napoli was a bit of a surprise as it is tucked away on the first floor of a building that doesn't look like a hotel. But once you get inside... WOW! I have been traveling in the US, Europe and Asia for 3 decades and this hotel was one of the most special and beautiful experiences I have had and that includes staying in a castle in Scotland and an imported house from Bali that used to belong to David Bowie on a private island in the Caribbean. Every room at the Palazzo Doria Napoli is astonishing and the property is breathtaking. It is carefully cared for and managed by a small staff (husband and wife?) who are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The property doesn't have things like bell-staff or bar-staff but a lively night life can be found literally steps from the property and the breakfast was generous and delicious. If you want to experience 18th century Royal Italian living..."

"Marco and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Fully renovated room, AC, two balconies, place is walkable to port, Toledo, pretty much all historic landmarks of Naples… we’ve taken a tour to Pompei, they picked us up, within 2 minute walk from the property. Marco used WhatsApp, so if you travel without local cell service- not a problem, WiFi is enough, and he was able to open everything for us remotely, even when no one was around. Breakfast served in the room… I was super happy :)"

"Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. "

"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."

"Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa DiMeglio. My husband‘s family is from Ischia and it was fun to be meeting people that could possibly be our relatives. The hotel was a little oasis! Great hospitality, wonderful food, and very clean environment. We loved going on the rooftop at night and listening to Mario sing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying on the island. An easy walk to get the bus or a cab to get around. We thank everyone for giving at Casa DiMeglio for giving us such a wonderful experience. We hope to visit again someday. Viaggio meraviglioso!"
