"This hotel was cheap and cheerful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy with friendly hotel staff. We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available.
I would happily stay here again in the future. "

"In our room the toilet brush was missing, and the shower "microphone" was fixed at the top and not removable and therefore not very functional for a complete body cleaning.
The staff at the facility were very friendly and efficient."

"Absolutely nothing to complain about!
Good personal and skilled staff in the reception. Very helpful also when the family came apart in London and two of them returned without "Key-card"."

"I loved this hotel. It’s a short walk from Victoria station and has beautifully presented common areas and breakfast room. Staff were warm and friendly and I was really happy to stay her as a female solo guest. Rooms were clean, simple and had everything you needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place, it feels like excellent value for money in this part of central London "

Good
Good location for access to Wimbledon tennis. Good train access. Seemed to have plenty of eateries though we didn't use as we were only there 2 evenings.

"The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "
"My wife and daughter stayed for one night at this hotel for a belated birthday treat and had a fantastic time. The staff were so kind to my daughter and they were both treated like royalty from check-in till checkout. The breakfasts looked amazing too!"
"We had an amazing 3-night stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo! The location is perfect — close to major attractions and surrounded by affordable dining with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"
"I have stayed here a couple of times when in London. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.
It's in a handy location for Covent Garden and other central London locations."
"Amazing hotel! Was just what my partner and I needed for a couple nights in London, especially with the heat we were hit with. The air conditioning was so easy to adjust and made it such a comfortable experience at night. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and we had all we needed. We only had breakfast one morning since it was a bit expensive (£13 per person) but the food selection was good and they also offer take away bags. An easy walk to Kings Cross and St. Pancras, as well as to some attractions like the British Museum. Convenient location and overall a great accommodation for the price. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!"
"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."
"Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay.
The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space. "
"Centrally located, easy walks to some major attractions. We liked the room size, the cleanliness and the overall condition of the hotel room. The windows insulate the room well from any street noise. "
