"Great Staff; friendly and efficient. Great Breakfast with a tasty selection of Italian cold cuts and pastry, freshly made scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, etc. Great coffee machine. Only drawback while the facilities are very nice and well maintained, there isn't much going on outside within walking distance. You need a car to get to shopping and restaurants. The Hotel / Residence doesn't offer any dining facilities. The rooms however are equipped with Microwave and Refrigerator. "

"My family and I just checked out of Hotel Silvio after a 2 night stay in Bellagio. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the staff went above and beyond to assist my family in various ways. Marta and Veronica were so friendly and helpful in helping us navigate the city and its attractions. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and town center, so getting around is quick and convenient. The walk from the hotel to the city center allows you to take in the beauty of Bellagio.The property itself is very quaint, clean, and in a beautiful location, nestled on a hill just above the lake with beautiful views. We always felt safe. Breakfast was good and provided free daily. We would definitely stay at Hotel Silvio again!"

"My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio."

"This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!"

"This place is AMAZING!!!!!! The hotel has everything you need and want! It's the best location. It has a lakefront pool and private beach (with lounge chairs and service) with the most incredible view ever! The setting is truly a dream! The interior is ornate and luxurious. The staff are 5-star! I love the nightly music in the parlor. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. THIS IS A MUST HOTEL!"

"This hotel was in the totally ideal place in Bergamo. A short walk from the railway station and another short walk into town. It was really well appointed with fantastic modern room, fully working air conditioning and fridge in the room. The breakfast was great. "

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
