"I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand it’s gorgeous and unquestionably a must stay at least once. Gorgeous. Magnificent. Beautiful. Some Staff (in particular when we checked in on July 29th) is phenomenal and very professional as well as in the Chantecler Restaurant as well as hotel bar on the premises with all around staff completely superb… Want to single out Ricardo for creating nothing short of a special experience for anyone who walks into the restaurant! But front desk and valet service is spotty, for hotel at this price point people could be more accommodating, professional and kinder! Please please be careful using the elevator it has two doors and not one and the glass door is very clean and if you are mildly distracted you can get really hurt. My kids found it found but I walked straight into the glass door and broke my nose. It hurt a lot. Thankfully it’s not disclosed. In the U.S. they would certainly put stickers on glass this clear. I am fine but someone could get really hurt. An older person or a child! Just beware. Oh the papillon suite we were in was gorgeous.absolutely indescribable. Overall we highly recommend this hotel just be careful in elevator and enjoy the history and the magic! "

"Nice helpful and friend staff on reception at check in. Clean room! Comfortable bed. So convenient very close to terminal 1. I made the mistake of taking a taxi from the airport because it was late and dark and I didn’t know how to get there! But it is a very simple walk! So don’t waste €25 on a 4 minute taxi ride! "

"We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!! "

"The property was beautiful! Perfect location to beach clubs, shopping, fine dining, and the train. Also 15minutes max from airport. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. Great size and bed was comfortable. I would 100% stay here again."

"Superb staff. Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. Great and friendly people."

"Really enjoyed our 7 night stay here. Rooms are kept up together nicely, with small qualities which make a huge difference, such as plenty of sockets each side of the bed and a full length mirror. Beds are comfy and having two pillows was luxury! The hotel was walking distance to the old town and a 10 minute flat walk to Nice Riquier station. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends "

"Right in the middle of everything. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping and mass transportation. Staff was very helpful scheduling our ferry to St Tropez. Definitely will stay again."

"This is a really nice new hotel in Nice. Everything about the hotel it top level, from the check-in to the rooms and the rooftop restaurant -bar-pool. The food is fantastic and the service is outstanding. For sure book the breakfast there for the most wonderful morning meal in the fresh air and a look to the sea. This is the place to stay if you want a 5-star experience want to be the middle of Nice with everything walkable, tons to see and do all around the hotel and the staff that takes great care in your safety, security and that your having a good stay. It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money. The concierge is fantastic at booking everything from boat tours to wine tours to exceptional restaurant reservations. "
