"Our stay at the beach cottage was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Instead of just calling a taxi for us, he personally drove us to the SIM card and money exchange shop so we could settle in right away. Jane, the manager, was incredible throughout our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and even organized a trip for us using her own money when we were short on rupees, trusting us to repay her later. That kind of kindness is rare and unforgettable. The entire staff at the beach cottage made us feel like we were staying at a grandmother’s home — warm, welcoming, and caring. Overall, both the hotel and the people of Seychelles left us with beautiful memories. The country is truly a paradise, and we can’t wait to return!"

"An amazing place to stay! Staff couldn’t do enough and the food is incredible. Having a coral reef right on our beach was just the best. We saw an amazing array of fish and a juvenile bull shark whilst snorkeling with the guide from the hotel. Wonderful memories that will stay with us forever. "

"We booked Savoy for its great location and 5 start rating. Unfortunately my wife get extremely sick the day we arrived (from food she ate at the airport on our journey to Seychelles) and eventually needed hospitalisation in an emergency situation one night - an extremely stressful and worrying experience, especially being so far from home. However, the hotel staff were truly incredible and became our family away from home. When my wife needed hospitalisation during the night, the night managers made all of the arrangements for us to get to the hospital as quickly and safely as possible, and were physically present during our emergency. One of the restaurant staff also came with us to the hospital after her late evening shift due how ill my wife was and concern with the situation - she stayed with us in the hospital until 4am and went to and from the hospital with us, which we are incredibly grateful for. When we returned to the hotel at 4am, the managers were on standby and ensured that the chef had prepared specially made meals for my wife, which they also did throughout the remainder of our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring and gave us incredible service to ensure they did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible in the circumstances. A very big shout out to Abdullah (reception manager), Armia Moussa (night manager) and Gaelle (restaurant staff) who all helped us during our emergency - they went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!"

"The property is absolutely divine. Not too big and never felt overcrowded and the villas are spacious and private, also very comfortable and modern. Older property but excellent upkeep. Rustic and tropical and just one with nature. Whenever there was an issue and usually something simple like a blown bulb it was sorted right away. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly always going above and beyond to ensure our experience was world class! From the special anniversary dinner to the private dining experience, the curation of our island experience, the early check in and the late check out. Even the several brews of ginger lemon honey and rum provided when we were under the weather made our stay so personable and accommodating and just so absolutely blissful!!!! Congratulations to the team and our deepest gratitude for making our getaway so special and memorable. Much love to you all!!!!"

"highly recommend this property. 2 bedrooms apartment very nice, with views of the mountains and sea. 2 grocery stores within 1 min walk. Fishermen and fresh fruits and vegetables within 2 mins drive. City center Victoria 20 mins drive, Beau Vallon beach 20 mins drive. We rented a car from the airport. cleaning lady very nice and friendly. came every other day to clean the apartment fully. she was always present on site to ask if we needed anything and was always helping us. We arrived late at night, around 10 pm and someone was around to check us in. On site parking and security guy present all night long. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this quite grand colonial style villa. Our room (the master bedroom) was large and airy, nicely furnished with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfy and the walk in wardrobe made keeping things tidy a breeze. We were well looked after by the hosts and their on site assistant, Alam. He was always around to get drinks or beach towels, umbrella's etc and keep the villa clean and tidy. The villa is up a steep access road (which is not uncommon on the island due to the local topography)and about a mile out of Beau Vallon which means a car is pretty much essential to get to the fabulous beaches and local eateries. However, the access road & parking could be considered to be somewhat challenging unless you are a confident driver. We enjoyed the breakfasts which consisted of a platter of varied fresh fruit, eggs of your choice and pancakes obviously prepared with care. Alternative options were offered as well. The hosts also offered a 3 course evening meal option Unfortunately this was not available every for night of our stay. The food was excellent and, although we initially thought it seemed expensive, it turned out to be be good value in comparison with the better local restaurants. We found the Villa a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It's not perfect by any means, but you'd have to be pretty picky to find much to complain about and it was a more personal & comfortable experience than the standard hotel offerings."

"This is a delightful property with pleasant and attentive staff. The location is perfect, being directly on the beach in the middle of the beach and close to all restaurants. The room was large and clean with a wonderful veranda and view of the ocean. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely recommend this property."

"Arrived at night, but when I stepped out of my room in the morning, I had the most gorgeous view of the island, as this property sits at the top of a hill. There is an open-air breakfast area and sitting area (right outside the bedrooms) where you can gaze at the view for as long as you like."

"Bliss hotel is a lovely place to relax with your partner & family. I went on a solo trip it was nice to have some quiet time. It is very tidy and cleaned everyday. It’s a place to forget all your worries and focus on your wellbeing. Nothing to distract you with incredible views and beautiful shells & wood work. It was very peaceful. I will surely return to this place in the future. "

"We've been back now for a couple of months, and, although very busy, I've had it in mind that I should give this hotel a (very positive) review! We stayed here twice during our trip to the Seychelles , for a few days each side of our cruise, and it was a great choice! A small 'boutique' environment and a haven of peace! The accommodation was very nice and also spacious with fridge, cooking and laundry facilities. The pool was nice, quiet, clean and pleasant and, again, very tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was great, very flexible with timings and staff pleasant and helpful. A nice beach was only a short walk away, as were a few restaurants (a good Indian restaurant, moderately priced for the Seychelles was a favourite), and also a very useful mini-market for beers, snacks & food provisions when 'eating in'. Manfred, the manager, was around every day and happy to make recommendations and give useful advice (he spoke perfect English!), also just generally chat about life in the Seychelles! We would definitely stay there again if we came back to the Seychelles. "

"The room and property have an incredible ocean view and in excellent condition. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable with fast wi-fi even with full kitchen, a laundry machine but no dryer. It is in a very quiet neighborhood on a steep hill. Make sure using the lowest gear to drive all the way to the top. There are a lot to do nearby including beautiful beaches and grill place and short distance to Victoria. We would definitely come back. "
