"The hotel is really nice for an older hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The pool closed quite early though. Everything in our room worked well. I would stay there again."

"The island flair was great at check in- the rooms are outdated and doors are breaking.
Stay away from the pool!
Staff is great- property has high potential. The balcony was a highlight. "

"The condo we rented was nice and clean, but the exterior was in poor condition. I thought the check-in process was efficient; however, when we tried to check out early and use the pool for the rest of the day, the representative informed us that we needed to be out by 12 PM, which was not mentioned during check-in nor was it in the reservation details. She also spoke in a rude tone, and it felt like she was unwilling to accommodate us.
The bowling alley had recently been renovated, but...

"Great hotel for the price! I love how clean the hotel is. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bathroom is huge and remodeled too. Loved every bit of this stay. "

"Dusit Thani is a premier hotel property on Tumon Bay. You know this as soon as you walk in and smell their signature lobby scent. Staff is friendly, housekeeping is good and the property itself is well-kept. Dining options in and out of the hotel are available.
The music in the lobby lounge is a little loud for our taste especially considering it is indoors. It was not a scene for relaxing cocktails but you have the option to go outdoors, albeit sitting in heat and humidity.
Views of the bay from the lobby to the oceanfront rooms are excellent. Pools are nice and refreshing and the option to use its sister property’s pool is nice when you’re looking for lounge chairs.
Beach area is absolutely gorgeous. Will easily come back to this property when we visit Guam again."
"I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC. "
"Has such an amazing aura to the property. Although its glory days have passed, it remains to stand the test of time. I remember this hotel when I used to come home from the mainland throughout my teenage years. Maybe that’s why I love the property so much. Although it doesn’t have the huge corporate financial backing as its competitors, it’s still manages to keep its charm. Norwin was our agent who checked us in and he was AWESOME! Super friendly, accommodating and helpful, a true asset to the company. The location of the hotel was a HUGE plus for us as well! Right next to the malls and dining! We barely had to use our car rental. I definitely plan on coming back!"
"Beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the beach is a plus. Breakfast is a buffet and is delicious. Great location can walk to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. Rooms are large and fairly priced. Everyone who worked there was very nice and hospitable answering questions and super helpful. Didnt catch the doormans name but he is super sweet and Robert (I believe his name is) at the front desk super nice as well. There is also a gift shop inside that sells snacks drinks at a very reasonable price. When I come back Ill be staying here again!"
