And my mother's air con didn't work for 2 days, but she was then moved to a very nice room as soon as possible. We'd stay there again :) "

"Ok stay avoid room 117 otherwise you'll have constant sewage smells changed room but took a day out of our adventure. Had to wait until 1500 the next day to check out and in again. Which literally took a day out of our holiday. Rooms very clean. Food excellent. "

Sadly the hotel now needs refurbishment, worn carpets threadbare in places and tired rooms and decor. a clean sheet put on my bed was discoloured brown.
The staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food choice sat well for a 3 star. We enjoyed the visiting children’s football teams. Sadly the spa is closed for refurbishment so that’s a start. We love the out of town location but overall we were so very disappointed ."
