"The hotel you can see they are in the middle of slowly renovating. Parts of our room had been completely redone - bathroom & some of the floor - and others were dated, awaiting replacement such as the headboards, furniture and decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast but we found a diner about 10 minutes away and was well worth the drive to Thomas's Ham & Eggery. Overall it is a nice place to stay, convenient to everything, and clean."

"We were there for a funeral but the staff accommodated an early check-in, the coffee was great, the breakfast plenty and having that Spanish restaurant right in the lobby is an added bonus. We ate there after the wake and that was delicious. We weren't looking for fancy, just a place to hang our heads after an emotionally draining day, they delivered. So if you have business in Queens, stay here. The parking lot is like an obstacle course though. So if you're terrible in tight quarters, bring the beater car."
