"This was great value for the money spent, an older property but well maintained. Newer tub and tub surround, air conditioning was the window type but quiet and worked well. Not much on the continental breakfast but enough toast, muffins and fruit the coffee was great and they did have a waffle maker. Staff were friendly and efficient."

"When we first arrived there was a sign on the door saying they were with another guest and would be back shortly. The door was locked, so that was strange that we needed to wait. However, I don't know what the other guest needed and it was only a few minutes so maybe they needed the full staff?? The property was nice, the rooms were nice and they were able to put two rooms beside each other to accommodate us. The pool was clean and refreshing.. a nice break on a hot day. Overall a great stay and if I find myself in Niagara again would def stay there again! "

"Right at the foot of Clifton Hill, it offers a lot of options for families/vacationers. Great views of both falls and the nightly fireworks. The buffet breakfast upgrade was well worth the cost. All of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."

"The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Our room was extremely clean. We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel. They had a great breakfast. But there were also several other dining options on the same street that are easy to walk to. We stayed off the courtyard, I had read some reviews about it being noisy, but it really wasn’t. It is a short easy drive to Niagara Falls. We had a great stay, and would stay again! "
