"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay! "

There were 2 water bottles in the fridge.
What was missing, were cups of any type,and a coffee maker. We had to walk to the ice cream shop next door to get cups, and walk in the rain to get coffee.

The beach access was a huge plus, as well as on site restaurants. They don’t charge for parking (as some hotels nearby are starting to do) and the location is central to Greenport Village and the wineries. We went for an anniversary trip and stayed in the motel section but would definitely come back with the kids and try out the bungalows! Overall great trip and would recommend to others; we will be back!"
