"Our double Queen deluxe room was very charming with cheery country curtains high crown molding ceilings and partial Mountain View’s. It was bright and spacious corner room with great temperature control and a ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable & the pillows were a lovely lofty down. The desk had a clock with a USB outlet which was convenient for us! The spa was really very nice! The spa tub and outdoor seating area was set among a garden and was very pretty. The RiverBed & North Light treatments were excellent! The showers could use a little upgrade. The spa pool area could use a couple more loungers. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Nootka Lodge! We went to a concert at Lake Morey and stayed about 25 minutes away at Nootka Lodge. The next day we took a 40 min drive through the National Forest and visited the Flume Gorge. Fantastic stay. Room suited our needs and everything was very clean. Thank you!! "
"I didn’t give 5 stars to the staff because the dinner waitress acted like it was a waste of her time waiting on a single woman. She was friendly, ran through the specials and was attentive to all the other tables. Everyone else on staff at the Inn, including the breakfast waitress were wonderful and should be commended. "

"So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. They offer fresh coffee every morning. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is huge! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer! "
"Check in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well."
"This place is awesome. My wife and I stay here quite often. We travel with our dogs are very accommodating to the dogs. They have a great area and back for the dogs. The rooms are very reasonably priced and super clean. The gentleman at the office was able to accommodate an early check in with no issues Issues whatsoever ever that was really appreciated. "I had an awesome time at Mt Liberty Motel. Everything was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Their sheets and blanket was so soft and cooling. The owners were very friendly and were hands on with anything that needed to be done. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm up in Lincoln. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. "The whole experience was just what we needed. A quiet off the road so we could rest up for another day of driving. The breakfast was convent. You preorder bagel or burrito and fruit, and drink. Then they give you a muffin. He repacks them per individual and you pick them up in the morning to have them in your room. 😊"

Sure, it could use some paint and a refresh on furnishings, but I found it clean and comfortable enough in a quiet and attractive setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was pretty lame. The coffee was terrible. Still, I'd return."
