Oaxaca is a wonderful city, if you are interested in the Mexican culture. Traditional arts. Food. Churches and basilicas. An accessible zocalo where you can dine and hear live music and see people dancing in the square every night. It is NOT a resort

Oaxaca is full of culture, art, texture, history, and warm locals. Come during an annual festival event for more revelry and happenings, or intentionally not during one of those festivals for more chill/calm vibes.
