"The building is old & needs to be remodeled! The wifi is very slow they put us at the 4rth floor you have to get out of the room to get a signal! The covered parking on the ground floor smells urine! "

Sink didnt drain to quick, shower needed a stopper or something to catch the water coming out to the floor while showering. Had some holes in room that need patching. Parking is EXTREMELY limited. Maybe 15 spots available, area around is a little sketchy."

"Family get together in Napa. This hotel was in a good location. Food was available for breakfast and dinner near by. Within minutes, you can get gas, food, or run your basic errand. It was a great location!!!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel it was close to the Greek Theater. The bed was comfortable the balcony was a nice touch. They don’t have their own parking and you can’t stay in the parking lot that belongs to the grocery store next door. We still managed to find good parking close and the car was safe. Were definitely going to stay here again!"

"Beautiful room. Great service. The pumps for the conditioner, shampoo and body wash don’t pump easily and the bottles were hard to read. The spa uses the room’s bath. I would rather bathe in a larger pool of hot mineral water. I could have set up my own bath."
"The suite was a large space, comfortable and clean. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Poggios is right next door and is open at 6:30 am for breakfast and late for dinner. Great food! "

"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it
