"We went to Cazenovia for a quick get away to see The Wild. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, taking advantage of the pool and full breakfast. We will definitely be returning.
Rooms were spacious, clean and affordable. :-)"

"Clean hotel, evident effort to make people happy. Busy weekend in the area so hotels were PACKED. With prices up, the value wasn't quite there. Nice for a quick overnight if needed. "

"Good hotel in excellent price. I could not able to enjoy their breakfast but if you are family of 4 and pay under $100 that includes breakfast then it’s super value for money. "

Charming! We had fun exploring the lake and shops - in particular Lavender Blue, with its two friendly owners and beautiful offerings. We ate 2x at The Pewter Spoon - a small, delicious cafe. And the book sale at the Cazenovia Library was great!

Most everything was closed, found only 1 restaurant open and they were closing the next day. I understand closing for the winter but weather was 70 degrees and the trees were not at prime colors yet.

Lots of deer so keep your lights on when you travel. Oneida is not far and there were several places to eat. Seven Stone Steps was a nice surprise.

"This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. Passing through when we encountered staff of any sort, they were very friendly and cheerful. The property was located right as you got off the highway. Couldn’t be more perfect! We totally recommend this property. We’ll be back again probably this fall."
"First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!"
"The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area .."
"I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin.
Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay.
Check in and out very smooth. The included breakfast had a decent variety for families (eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bagels). A bit disappointed that the pancake machine had ran out of batter and wasn't refilled during the 30-40 minutes our family was in the breakfast room but the staff did keep the self service area clean and everything else seemed well stocked.
This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton but it would now be top of my list of options to consider on future trips."
"It was fine to have a clean quiet place to lay our heads but breakfast was a joke a little Debbie honey bun was just a stupid idea as continental breakfast. But all in all it was clean and quiet."
"The place was modern and clean. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and met our needs for maintaining our electronic devices. I didn't feel like I had to inspect the beds before sitting on them. The shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced before we arrived."
"We were very happy with the accommodations there. The rooms were very quiet & spacious and the the beds were very comfortable. The food options were pretty good. They have a few different dining options that were all very affordable. Nice quiet location just 12 minutes away from Turning Stone and 20 minutes away from Utica. Did wish that they had a Continental breakfast available on the weekends tho. Overall, very happy with this hotel. Will stay there again!"
"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "
