"I love this place for its quiet grandeur and lovely grounds and have come over a dozen times. It is an older establishment and some mustiness in the main area could be addressed. However, the benefits of the spa fed jacuzzis offer a relaxation after a long drive. Note it is 2 miles from the Belhurst check in with its varied restaurants and shop. "

Also, did receive anything about the wifi. Was unable to get information via message. The floors were unfinished, the fridge wasn't wiped out or even running.
No bothered us tho. It seems a few familys are living at property. So, thats why I say that."

The grounds are beautiful and I was impressed with their solar array! My only regrets were that I was not able to enjoy the breakfast or stay for a longer period. Looking forward to a future visit!"

The location and scenery of Lake Keuka right outside your door and window are breathtaking, with a great walking path. LGBTQIA+ welcoming and safe, and pet friendly. "Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area.
Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake.
All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area.

"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese.
The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September.
