"Easy access to disney theme parks, close to restaurants, a target store across from the hotel, you can walk but we drove because of the heat.
The room is big enough for 5-6 people. I have 2 other companions, our room has 2 queen beds and a double pull out couch, it works well. So we have 1 bed for each! Shower pressure is ok, water pressure is fine, not that strong though, plenty hot water. We were in room 442, close to the elevators, they have 4 but 1 isn’t working, they are fast too.
Breakfast, make your own mickey shape waffles, it was good, they make the batter good and tasty! They have lots of choices for breakfast, from hot to cold. My favorite was the oatmeal!
They have free coffee, teas and hot chocolate in the lobby, I think it’s all day, we had hot chocolate around 9pm.
Parking is $20/night, I wish it’s free. They have plenty space, we usually get there after 9 or 10pm, we stayed 4 nights.
I highly recommend this place for family or any type of traveller. The place is in the safe area, you can barely hear any noise from our room. We slept well! "

"For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!"
"It was my first time staying at Element and I had such an amazing experience. From when we walked in, the front desk agent was very welcoming while training someone else. I believe her name was Ana. We were also able to check in earlier which was helpful. The valet attendants were amazing. We didn’t have a car, however they never fail to open our uber doors or help us with our bags. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious just like the bedroom. The area is very walkable and we love that we could just take a walk to the icon center in the evening for dinner, ice cream or to just check out the activities. We also love the breakfast options, especially the yogurt parfait bar. The gym is very nice, weights only go up to 50lbs. but it’s okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it."
"It's not a matter of maintenance, it's a matter of appearance. They should remodel the rooms. Simple changes would give them a new look. The furniture and beds are fine, but they should remove the carpets, replace the bathtubs (they could be fiberglass showers), change the interior colors of the rooms (they feel a bit sad), and definitely replace the curtains."
